Principal
Yaël Gill is a results-oriented, multi-lingual operations and improvement executive focused on system-wide design and improvement. With over 20 years of experience working across the globe, she brings expertise in organizational and strategy development, building and leading successful global teams, and maintaining strategic relationships and networks.
A certified trainer in the Global Dexterity Method, Yaël is passionate about supporting clients as they increase their intercultural awareness; develop diversity, equity, and inclusion processes and practices; and advance their leadership skills to bridge cultural differences. Yael is certified as an Inclusive Global Leader, by the Robertson Center for Intercultural Leadership (CIL) at UC Berkeley and completed a certified program in Equitable Community Change from Cornell University.
Yaël was formerly a long-standing employee at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) and the executive lead accountable for the development, success, and growth of IHI’s Strategic Partners, 15+ customer partnerships comprised of top-performing enterprise health systems and ministries of health from six continents. She is a principled leader who loves to learn and consistently earns the trust of others easily while delivering results in a collaborative manner.
